CAS-QW 隔聲墻 - 一種阻抗復合式隔聲墻 CAS-QW Sound Insulation Wall

碩屋科技的降噪材料已在工業降噪領域經受了考驗(如),近來碩屋結合自家已有降噪材料的聲學特性,設計了實用的隔聲墻結構,并利用隔聲室對其隔聲性能進行了實驗室測定,可以簡化降噪工程中的隔聲設計及施工。

阻抗復合是說什么?What is impedance compound?

 

 


阻抗復合其實是說吸聲、消聲處理中的多孔材料與穿孔空腔結構搭配,CAS-QW系列的隔聲墻就是在阻抗復合方法的基礎上,增添阻尼隔聲氈材,進一步提升隔聲性能,可在抑制混響噪聲的同時又能有效隔聲的工業噪聲隔墻結構。

常見磚混墻體(120mm)、雙層石膏板輕質隔墻計權隔聲量一般可達40dB,為什么不將其作為工業降噪墻體?

The common brick concrete wall (120mm) and double-layer gypsum board light partition generally have a weighted sound insulation capacity of 40dB. Why not use it as an industrial noise reduction wall?


一是因為工業噪聲本身具有持續產生、聲壓級高的特點;二是因為磚混墻體、輕質隔墻等以“增加質量”、“質量-彈簧-質量” 原理為基礎的隔聲結構組成狹小隔聲房或隔聲罩時,內部空間會因聲波在壁面間的反射形成混響聲場,甚至產生駐波,使噪聲大幅增強。傳統的設備降噪方法一般是獨設設備房(有效隔聲),房間內部再進行吸聲處理(降低室內回聲),但不免會存在這樣的問題:磚混結構笨重且成本高,夾芯板結構又常常隔聲性能不足。

  墻體內側為透聲的薄穿孔板,空氣聲幾乎無反射地進入多孔吸聲材料內,經多孔吸聲材料吸收耗散、隔聲氈材阻尼隔聲,聲能巨幅地衰減,不再次生混響、駐波噪聲;外側的金屬板與龍骨之間也由較薄的吸聲氈(圖中的CAS-AX)隔振,降低了外側面振動聲輻射。該結構真正將吸聲隔聲有機結合,輕便實用。

         對于僅填充吸聲材料的傳統隔聲構件,隔聲量曲線近似為一條上揚的斜線,而CAS-QW隔聲墻在 500Hz 頻帶附近的隔聲量就高達40dB,使得曲線的高隔聲量頻帶十分寬廣,分析認為是CAS-AP隔聲氈很好地補足了中低頻帶隔聲量。更寬的高隔聲量頻帶,也就表明可處理成分更復雜的噪聲。

         For the traditional sound insulation components only filled with sound-absorbing materials, the sound insulation curve is approximately an upward oblique line, while the sound insulation of CAS-QW sound insulation wall is as high as 40dB near 500Hz frequency band, which makes the high sound insulation frequency band of the curve very wide. The analysis shows that the CAS_AP sound insulation felt is a good complement to the sound insulation of medium and low frequency bands. The wider frequency band of high sound isolation means that it can deal with the noise with more complex components.
